This Santoku style chef knife measures approx. 10" overall, with a 6" cutting edge. It is hammered AEB-L stainless steel with dyed and stabilized lacewood handle scales and brass pins. It comes with a hand-stitched and dyed leather saya, and a 10"x11.5" black walnut cutting board.
